Take RT-119 Northwest and turn right onto River Rd. Take RT-111 North to the rotary. Follow Route 111 around the rotary to the first building on the right (3 Hollis ST)

From the South (Lowell, MA)

Exit US-3 North to Exit 35 RT-113 to Tyngsboro / Dunstable Turn right on RT-113 follow through Dunstable and Pepperell to Rotary Take Right onto Hollis St, RT-111 and go Southwest for 1000 feet to 3 Hollis St

From the North (Nashua, NH)

Everett Turnpike/Route 3 South to Exit 5W (RT-111 W to Pepperell Mass) Turn right on RT-111 and go Southwest for 8 miles to 3 Hollis St. just before the rotary.
